This had me emotional while watching !! I saw this all play out as many did and thought impossible...........Then team RTR go "hold my beer" and absolutely pulled it all together and gave James a car to compete in. What a team Vaughan has built, These guys and girls are unbelievable and unstoppable 👏 So proud of team RTR !!

I don't watch FD live often but I'm glad to say I was watching the whole weekend and was amazed when I saw your car and then to go on through the issues and win.. Holy mackrel batman. Amazing efforts all round.

The rubber those two piece of shit Ford mustang is much better. I had a fox body and I miss that baby. I got too many tickets in one month I had to, mine as well sell it I did because I didn’t want my license so now I drive slow focus SE I want to beat that up, but I’d rather get an ST or STR Von gotten Junior. @@poolix1 I stand by my comment. I've seen some NASCAR stuff where those lads did some wild stuff with cars that should've been written off, but it was nothing like what RTR accomplished. If you have a better example, I'm all ears......

OMG i love this, plz keep it going show us a peek behind the curtain because honestly 99% of people do not see a day to day in a FD workshop or the work drivers put in to be the best of the best, most people dont realize the commitment, the work, the amount of people it takes and most important the blood sweat and tears of every one involved, this isnt a job to you all, its a hobby, a passion and most importantly a community you all are apart of. Im sending all my love and cheers from NZ. p.s going to watch luke fink battle at d1nz tomorrow, been a long time fan from the days when you both competed together in the EU way way back! "edit" i can not iterate this enough i know viewership might drop for a short time but the people wanna know the unknown, the inner-workings that we are allowed to know behind the curtains. show it all! that you possibly can PLZ PLZ PLZ. transparency can be a dangerous thing so on that note, do only what the company and you feel is acceptable for the public to know without the car/driver and other business secrets being shared and others getting an edge because of it. we all wanna know. we will never know and will always wonder unless you dive in or someone else dives in so plz be the first ones. the team is probably the most complex but maybe the simplest aswell because of the realtionships and bond everyone has together. in all the videos every one seems to be where they are meant to be, its second nature and feels like you all can read each others minds and dont need to comunicate to get the job done you are that close. "2nd edit haha" what makes this video feel so good is the emotions and thats what i think creates good content. Genuine emotions and experiences us general public can experience without truly experiencing because well, we poor and cant do what you do. at the end of a single-run you have spent 10k already in fuel, tires, manhours and umm maybe show us the rest, the unknown 🤣, well the unknown to us averages

When i first saw the clip when you posted it. I was surprised how slow or unprepared the FD and Fire marshalls are. Media day, Practice are very crucial to safety. They should treat every session as a main session where Every Fire marshall is ready to combat fire. Not saying it would be a different outcome but its just very disappointing for Formula drift staffs and marshalls that safety is not their thing.

Ive been wondering, is there fire suppression onboard? Is it the handle in the corner or the windshield? Did anyone pull it it?

@UKMechanic I just wonder why the handle isn't inside. Other race cars it is. When you are hauling down from speeds there's so much time to pull the handle while coming to a stop. This seems to be designed for track workers to pull in case the driver can't.
