Any normal person would clean the car before taking it for bodywork 🤦‍♂️

Also can cause a lot of pain especially if car wash uses silicone but definitely should’ve washed it with clean water

In fairness if they had to drive it a few miles to workshop after washing it would probably have been filthy again anyway at this time of year 👍
