Ok Ford. Ya got me. That’s how I’ve felt about Mustang since my first ride in a 91 5.0 LX back in 93. Since then I’ve owned an 87 GT, a 03 Mach 1 (fav), 08 GT, 13 GT, and an 18 GT vert 10R80. Been a fan for 4 decades now. Best of luck at LeMans. Take the mortar fire over there and whoop some a_s. And if this is really just the beginning, make sure you keep the V8 in it always!! 👍💪🇺🇸🦅

I was just at the 24 Hours of LeMans and dude, the Mustangs sure had a presence... 3rdand 4th place in it's 1st year of competition is a heckuva good start! They had a GT3 in the manufacturers village that you could check out, and it is definitely sweet.

I love that part because its a homage to other muscle cars, an era that are slowly and painfully fading away. Where the Camaro and Challenger cut their ropes, the Mustang is still holding on but only by a thread, and with political parties getting in the way theres no way of telling, whats gonna happen to these icons? I started crying tears after realizing that.

Mustang is capable. However the problem here is Ford Motor Company does not stay in the endurance game long enough to gain anything, except one hit wonders. Ferrari, Porsche, Aston martin, Mercedes, etc been doing this for a long time, especially on global stage. Also, the Ford GT40 and GT were purpose built for track unlike the mustang. Mustang should have been running in WEC,IMSA instead of the GT.
