Well, that is true! The Taunus' that came before this car where the 'm ' series. he latest m/taunus model and the cortina where murged to form this car. 'tc' stands for: Taunus Cortina' (just look up: Ford P7 and you'll see). These came with a variaty of options and are beautifully simple (the stock ones). I know, because I own one. It has the 1.6 pinto, so nothing to fancy, but still fun cars to drive.

Awesome work guys! I love your version of the Aussie/English Cortina married to a weird version backend of an early Capri. I especially like the idea of using a little Windsor, instead of the easy option, i.e. and LS or similar. Great to see more and more countries entering the US Drag Week, especially those that do not have a big, or at least well known, street drag culture. Edu!
