Hello Jason your work is perfect and a demonstration of how metal work should be done my god this car will last 100 years. I agree with you on the body colour of black it will show off your floorless body work and keep it to a factory colour, but what ever you choose it will be awesome.

Dallas Donnelly thanks mate... yeah I sit back some days and look at the car, think of the journey so far. It’s been massive. It’s still a daunting task but the positivity from all of the subscribers like you keeps me fired up. Glad you’re enjoying the progress. Hope all is good in your neck of the woods

This car is going to be perfect Jason. Just the way you get into nook and cranny looking for rust, and fixing it, it’s going to be a ripper.

This old beast will last forever, that Por 15 is good stuff. What a nice car this fairlane will be , should go good to with the 351 Cleveland. Thanks for the great video again mate , legend.

@@BoyAnachronism01 Its very nice work mate , much better than any panel shop would do. You make me motivated to finish that disaster of a wagon. Had to replace the sills on it ,the one that wasn't rusted is smashed in 2 inches . I use a hole in the Por 15 lid with a self tapper ,just unscrew the self tapper and tip some into a cup. Fantastic work mate , excellent job you've done . Will be a nice looking old beast, You and Pete are both legends .

@@BoyAnachronism01 I wish I could mate ,don't know how , even asked the wife she doesn't know either. I just got her 67 impala running nice to. Needs an exhaust then her gearbox blew up in her SS . I'm hopeless with technology, Will see if I can work out how to do it . The Lh quarter had 4 inches of filler , been repaired so many times . Had to make a new one , came out good . Especially the tail light section, they made that from filler. Will try to send some pictures.

Great watching your work and progress Jason, great techniques and tips. Your a geat inspiration to get back into my XY Falcon 500. Hi Jason when using por 15 , u mentioned u will put some bog over the top of some of the places u have used por 15 on . I was wondering can u use bog over por 15 or is there anthor way u do it over por 15. i have just about done all my rust on my ford xc . Great vid you remind me of me so much with your work .
@BoyAnachronism015 жыл бұрын
Ivan K hi mate, great to hear from you. It’s not idea bogging over POR15. If you need to, let it cure for a good week... then scratch it back with some 120 grit then spray the whole area with spicy primer first. Then do your bog repairs on the epoxy
@radioaustralia50705 жыл бұрын
@@BoyAnachronism01 thanks mate, that's what I was thinking, spray epoxy over it then bog. I love your work, keep the vids coming mate

I've had this Green beast for 12 years and only drove it home the day I bought it!! If I can send you some pics of it, can you tell me if it worth fixing it my self. Solomon Raeina I’ve got an old XB out back that we could cut the shock tower out of and you could patch that in... to me it definitely sounds like it’s essential and worth doing and probably wouldn’t get through a RWC without the work being done. Do you live in Melbourne mate?

Hi Jason did u put the filler over the 2 pac primary, is it a epoxy primary or did u run it back to bar metal then the filler. I am about to do mine as well.
@BoyAnachronism015 жыл бұрын
Ivan K hi mate... I only use 2 pac epoxy. Some times I bog straight onto clean bare metal and sometimes I fill on top of the epoxy... you’re safe as houses putting box over 2 pack epoxy
