Fordson major E1A first start in 4 years & -2 cold start

First start in 4 years. Been apart and ignored. cylinger head skimmed re fitted

Are all the vacuum pipes sealed to the intake manifold and injector pump ?

There is a pipe in the pump that is loose, I will make the seal. Thank you helped me !! 👍

Sounds like you need to replace the rubber diaphram in the front of the injector pump

It sounds like is running on tow cylinders

There should be a decompresor in the front of the engine. On my ford majord there is.....

no. Some had them some didn't. This didn't so it shouldn't.....
