Would like you look at a, short video of the FPMajor looking at the rear with the 7 bolt cover removed. We are lacking pressure and I'm suspecting pump or other pipe o rings under the top cover. It's why I searched out your video in case the pump needs to come out. Is there a, way for me to send you this video of oil at back of hyd cylinder. Seems most comes out while lowering the 3 point linkage. Thanks

Is this pump works with the PTO

Yes, you have to engage the PTO for this pump to work

I think it may be difficult, the pump was designed to work submerged in the oil. As long as something is turning the gear on the pump in theory it could work.
