FORDSON MAJOR V8 CONVERSION ( FIRST START IN TRACTOR )

This engine had not beign started for over six months , i think it did quiet well .

Could have changed the fuel filters before you fired it up , easy start expands the pistons rapidly on start and should be only used on last resourt a good flame down the hole is far safer fantastic axle please let us know what it's out of.

No, the main issue with easy start is that it washes oil of the cylinders and causes premature wear and of course damage relating to it detonating rather than burning, especially on idi diesels if glow plugs r accidently turned on, it can dislodge prechamber inserts and even dent the deck; a good flame down inlet is better as u say though.

Lol, like the perkins is making any power. Is sounds nice and looks cool, it is less powerful than 4bt cummins.
