Ford Fiesta 2009 manual gear the same thing. Key on, push on both pedals and count till 20. The only difference was the lamp went off directly, then after 10 sec went back on, flash a few times and disappears for good. Thanks for your video. Subscribed, liked, will be watching. Thanks

Nice, thank you. I'll have to remember this. One question, my Fiesta at random times shows Engine malfunction, service now and I lose cruise control. Turning it off and back on resets it. This happens at idle, right when I start the car, on the highway, everywhere. Any idea what that my be? It never sets an ODB II code, even when the warning is being displayed!

Hi There , i am a big fan of yours and its only after having subscribed to you i have bought the 2015 ford focus with powershift , i see there is a major improvement and living in the middle east the cars here ate sourced from germany so better qc can be expected. Well the summers here rise upto 50+ degrees celsious Coming to the oil part , i really need your help, ford recomends motorcraft 5w20 this oil does not match the climatic conditions here , the manual specifies use of 5w20 5w30 and in peak summers 5w40. Well the dealer is using castrol professional 5w30 which is not lasting the service interval of 8k kms with.message displaying replace oil required, i used mobil 1 0w40 and it was excellent in the start for 3000 kms with a long trip , later i realized idealing and slow speed give some sort of vibrations , its beacuse the oil being thick ? Can i use castrol edge 5w,40 which is thinner? Appriciate your help please. Kind Regards Abdul

Mate what does it mean when you've got a new turbo fitted and new EGR Valve runs and drives bang on. Sometimes when it wants when I go to 2k revs for the turbo about to kick it sometimes it dies lose power but still drives fine. Having to pull over turn car off and on and it's fine again till it happens again? Also orange light in dash shows orange crank symbol with exclamation mark inside it then says "engine malfunction please service now"

Matt Grimes Try this I don't know if it is any different from your manaual. Oil life monitoring system reset To reset the oil service light and clear the oil change message after servicing, use the following procedure: 1. Begin with the ignition off. 2. Turn the key to the accessory position for keyed vehicles and for push button start vehicles press the Start/Stop button once quickly. DO NOT attempt to start the engine. 3. Press the accelerator and brake pedals fully for 20 seconds. 4. ENGINE OIL CHANGE DUE NEXT SERVICE and will display. 5. Turn the vehicle off. The message and lights will be cleared.

Hi bro . I have 2014 ford focus with really BAD gas mileage . The screen shows 14.5 MPG. This car got into accedent (front end) and would not start till I replaced the High pressor fuel sensor and accelerator Padel . Do I need to reset the PCM to the new parts I replaced? If so , how could I reset the PCM ? P.S. check engine light is OFF and there is no any error code.

I don't even think mine has a oil light. Mine is a 2018 Fiesta and I do the oil changes myself and driven it about 40,000 miles without resetting the light and nothing shows up. Side note: I really wish my Fiesta had the little temperature display on the little screen in the cluster. It's an automatic thing for some reason. I have a manual fiesta and it doesn't have that. All the manuals I think I've seen don't show the temperature.

Hello im getting abs light,traction control hill descent service brake deal scanned said c1440 did test and needs HCU with was 3k to installation which is just ridiculous,who paying 3k for a new abs module and hcu because in f150 you cant lurchase them new separately which seems like a total money grab ,any helpuch appreciated

The '14 Fiesta brake rotors are CHEAP. After about 40k, they are warped, and can feel it when braking. Wish I could find a vid on that. I just changed the oil. Gonna see if that light's on. Thx.

I just checked the procedure is the 3rd printing of the owners manual and it states the same. One thing I can tell you is the brake pedal must be pushed very hard to keep brake on the whole time.

Get the clutch replaced and make sure it gets a new support tower and clutch actuator for the noise.
