I did reach out to you guys on linked in, We have a fleet of 300+ vehicles, and I would love the chance to trial the electric 2023 new transit when it’s available

Mmm 2020 Transit Custom. Many unpredictable problems with the infotainment. Often can't see USB sticks after stop starting the vehicle. On off volume refuses to work. Can't see phone {Waze etc} Ford always said it was software related. Yes may have been OK for a while but always came back. These problems are intermittent and often could be fixed by restarting the vehicle. This is not acceptable when trip had started. An engineer told me car companies know about these bugs but it costs too much to fix?
