Ahh, was hoping these would be awesome. I run on wet roads a lot and need a shoe that can go long and/or fast with a killer outsole. Think Superblast with Ghost outsole 😂

Any Puma or Adidas will do if wet road is a problem. Buy Puma Nitro Elite you will not regret and you will not pay an arm and a leg for it

TBH Craft is a brand that I have never heard of and so if I bought a pair of speeds, they would need to be much cheaper!

Why in the world would anyone buy this shoe by that price over proven and more established shoes? Why would I buy Craft Speed over Hoka Rocket 2 or Adidas AA Pro 3 or Saucony Pro 3, Asics Metaspeed? Or even NB elite 3, Mizuno Rebellion Pro? Let alone the Nike Vaporfly. Craft who?

A bit late to answer this, but reading this just now bugged me. I had most shoes you mentioned, except the rocket x 2, but you are talking different type of shoes, different kind of running, (the Adios Pro 3 (forefoot) and the Metaspeed are for specific type of runners). I do mostly run trails, and the Craft Nordlite Ultra just hits the spot for me, perfect fit and feel. Same with the Merrel Agility Peak 5 for (more harder terrain), would take them before the more "established" shoes out there, I've had the new Nike Zegama 2, great looking, ZoomX, Vibram outsole and all that... I had to return them because that heel cup... shees, does not fit my foot. It's all about fit and feel to the person wearing them. Just ran and enjoyed my 20k through the woods with the Nordlite Ultras, they get better every run.

@@OutAndAboutWithKenny I pretty much disagree on almost everything. First of all I run trails once a year and I stick with Hoka Speedgoat (have v2x2 and v4), I don't care about other trail shoes. Adidas Pro 3 is a road shoe and is fantastic shoe for everything (on the road) and practically for every runner, it's for me one of the best shoe overall if not the best. I'm mid food striker and it's perfect for me, I don't see why it would not be fine for heel striker. Other shoes I mentioned might not be for everyone, but I'm just fine with each one of them. The only shoe I like more than Adios Pro 3 is Hoka Rocket x2, because it's even bouncier and faster than Adidas, but I don't think it can last for too many km, so I'm not using it too much. Nike and Asics are also top shoes and Mizuno made recently excellent shoes. Other companies don't come even near in the midsole technology. For road running. The shoes that you use are just fine for your because you run trails. The midsole requirements are completely different and bouncy midsoles have no value on such terrain. That's the reason why Salomon and some other companies dominate the trails. For my needs on trail Hoka Spedgoat are perfect. But you do you.

@@pensiveape6184 lets agree to disagree then ;) I do love the Speedgoat, used them a lot, but did not buy the 5 because the Agility Peak 5's were just better for me, atleast better than the Speedgoat 4. To each his own. ✌️
