A bit sad that tracks like this one, Binary Game and Ternary Game were not featured in future titles, but I guess it is another thing that makes this game particularly standout.

@@arzfan29 This is the remastered version. The original version sounds louder on youtube because there is less dynamic range. The gap between louds and quiets is very small in the ds version, and youtube interprets that as being very loud

Sounds like synthwave, in particular like Garoad's music for VA-11 Hall-A, who, I've just learned at the moment of writing, took inspiration from Shinji Hosoe. Thank you for asking this question, that was fun to find out!
