I think it would simulate a lot faster if you weren't moving your camera around so much. Or clicking any buttons hahaha Incredible with even that density of a salvo they STILL couldn't break your PD. Makes the sci-fi books I've read talking about 10k missile salvos and barely breaking a 20 ship fleet's PD defenses (Honor Harrington series) And that's with penetration aids, dazzlers, command missiles etc. This game actually seems to take a lot of ideas from it.

The PD wasn't keeping up. But all or nearly all of the missiles were decoys that don't really do any meaningful damage.

For a bit of context, most of those contacts are decoys. In a real match that kind of pen-aid spam would be prohibitively expensive. We were doing a bit of "stress testing" to see if we could get the game to crash with entity spam.
