I'm very guilty of this. I have an aggressive swing but many miss hits. I recently switch from full western to semi after noticing how closed the face was on contact. I will apply your lesson as well. Giving up some power but hopefully I will be more consistent

That's exactly how forehand was taught in Sweden when I was a kid. We are talking Borg era late 70-ties... Worked pretty well judging from the results of the generation following after Borg back in the days.

The strong 4.5+ watch your videos because the videos have you in it. They like the sound of your voice.

Yep, definitely not the 'Cool 4.5-5.0 Junior' just trying to make Varsity😂 before I'm 60! Love the energy and the tips about keeping arms 'connected' throughout swing.

Yeah, theory is good but this practice shots in the end of the video show what actually happens when you start hitting like that: 4 shots and 0 good ones even though performed by a coach and from hand feeding. Now imagine what's gonna happen is you actually try playing a point when someone really hits the ball to you.

what are you talking about mate those balls were all in and I was aiming for the back of the line...and if a 3.5 or 4.5 can hit the ball with that technique I am willing to bet they would not be a 3.5 or 4.0 for very long....
