@@nemesisy if you mean making the results permanent, then that’s impossible I’d say. But Asians in general have some really good tips on anti aging, I’d recommend using sun screen every day and apply every 3-4 hours during the day. Sun damage is the way for skin to age fast, but also I recommend watching Korean skin care videos. If I’m not wrong too, then and Japanese are known for not aging at all due to their diets. Like, eating local stuff like sea animals mostly

This video needs to have more views! Thank you so much for sharing such simple advice. I’ve had fine lines for as long as I could remember and have even recently tried taping. Taping is great for training you to keep the muscles relaxed BUT THIS VIDEO IS EFFECTIVE FOR REMOVING ALL OF THE LINES. I thought the most popular comments were spam but they are so true. After two days of doing the horizontal lines massages my forehead is flat and has been consistently so. FYI: I have done taping for almost 3 weeks so my forehead has been trained to not use the muscles. I work from home so I tape while at work.
