Abigail🧡 Thank you for showing us that we do not have to be injected to make our face or 11s look better. At almost 56 a needle has never touched my face. As a master esthetician of almost 4 decades I have seen how Botox stops the muscles from working and when we stop the muscles from working and from strengthening we actually make things worse. We have 42 muscles in our face and we MUST work them out. I see men and women that stop Botox and their faces drop. I also see Botox stop working. I love we both show the power of massage and of doing things naturally. 🙌🏻 Thank you Abigail 🍑🙌🏻🧡Lisa

Wait a minute. Something doesnt match. 2 mistakes. 1. "We have 42 muscles in our face and we MUST work them out". WE dont need to work out our muscles any more than we do by eating and giving facial gestures. Anyone who knows how facial moves cause wrinkles wouldnt advice to do face-yoga. Only think you can get out of it is more wrinkles. Why would someone even want to grow their facial msucles; bigger muscles cause bigger wrinkles.. bigger muscle volume drop in older age cause more framatic aging effect. 2. "i see men and women that stop Botox and their faces drop" .. no one is saying you are not seeing things. BUt if anything faces after botox will plump up if they have had muscle atrophy due too much botox.. this atrophy comes bakc fast with normal people after muscles start to move again.. I would recommend to anyone year around (4 times a year) botox since it can cause little atrophy.

Thank u for this. I use see through surgical tape at bedtime (from chemist) I smooth out the lines than put the tape on (cut to size) & I use the tape on sides of face so when I'm sleeping I'm not creasing up my face! But before I do this I put Aloe vera over my night oils & let it dry thoroughly before putting tape on..Aloe Vera is a skin tightner & it's a barrier against the glue. Use a make up sponge every morning & night to iron out the creases.

As a massage therapist, and a mostly raw, plant-based diet person, I have learned that one of the best ways to keep our facial muscles young, is eating all of those raw fruits & vegetables! Both for the beautifying nutrients, but also something that most people never think of- CHEWING... The muscles of our face are meant to work together as we chew our food, and chewing crunchy raw veg is THE BEST workout for the face!! Also chewing each bite many times before swallowing is also important, and helps our digestion too, which in turn ALSO helps our skin... So is a perfect system, and when people really take the time to eat this way, the benefits, inside & out, are simply MAGICAL-!!!🤩

I have an overactive brow and pretty deep horizonal lines on my forehead... I feel like when I do these moves to deal with the frown lines, I might be exacerbating the horizonal lines, which are deeper. Sigh. Maybe I just have to succumb to the Botox. I really don't want a toxin in my face, let alone anywhere near my eyes, so I'd prefer to find some other way...
