Same, wasn’t a big insecurity and I knew I had a larger forehead but I wasn’t insecure until a boy at a place was talking and said “look and her freakishly huge forehead!” To his friends. Ever since then it’s something I always think about.

How advisable is this for young men? I know my facial ratios would be substantially better if my forehead was an inch or so smaller, but I know male pattern baldness could occur in the future which I'm guessing could complicate things. Also, how expensive does a reliable and high quality forehead reduction surgery tend to cost?

Well the hairline is hard to see in the one year picture because the hair isn’t pulled back like the before surgery - I’m so sick of these surgeons showing false before and after photos
