100MVR= 100×5.26 = 526BDT 526BDT= 526×0.88= 462.88AFN 462.88AFN = 462.88÷4.54 = 101.96MVR

I am having 11th edition right now and I am quite satisfied with it, haven't checked out 13th edition yet. But I feel like they are not really making any changes in the new editions.
