In Australia we pay 15% tax on all contributions in our private superannuations. Every month so to speak our employer pays the contribution and then the superannuation fund taxes 15% - deducts this amount from each contribution and forwards this to our government. We also have to pay fees. Are we then taxed in Spain for our retirement superannuation despite paying 15% of contribution in Australia? In Australia we are not taxed when we receive our superannuation withdrawal because we pay taxes when contributions are made?

I understand American Public Servant Pensions are not taxed, do you have a video on that?

Hello, this is an excellent video which answers quite a few of our tax questions. I am confused, however, your statement that there was a change in the tax rules for a NLV visa holder and the 183 day rule. Does this mean that if one needed to leave without having stayed for 183 days, the visa holder is still liable to pay taxes in Spain?

Excellent video. I'm a little confused. I'm withdrawing 39,000 US (36,000 Euros) from my "Traditional IRA" per year, or about 3,300 per month to live in Spain. In the beginning of the video, it shows no taxes until after 22,000. Halfway into the video, the tax chart shows a 30% tax. Are you able to clarify the taxes from withdrawals from my Tradition IRA to live (36,000 Euros). Thank you very much for your time and thank you for the informative videos. 😊😊👍👍
