Pakistan has recently discovered the world’s fourth largest oil and gas reserves in its territorial waters. The revenues from this fuel will transform the country. Does David Lammy insist Pakistan should leave those reserves in the ground, as his Labour Party are doing with the UK’s own valuable oil and gas reserves in the North Sea?
