Meditation can help you to manage and overcome your anxiety and depression eventually you will be free. I have lived with anxiety all my life, since I start meditation my life start charging. I see light. Please learn to meditate, it's all in our mind, get in there and fix it.

VegaNaen in her case it is not taught in education but by painful reality. A lot of women from Philippines who work overseas do so for survival and to support their family back home. They won’t have the luxury of quitting and taking a flight back as and when.

Jessica A Find ways you get out of your loneliness. Watching her videos is one great way, but volunteer if you can. There are many needy children and the elderly in hospitals and nursing homes that would absolutely LOVE to see your face. There are many things that you can get involved in. Find something that you are passionate in. When we get out of ourselves and help others it chases the blues away. Reading is a great escape too. Hope this helps 😊

It's strange how I don't see you, I don't hear you, and I don't really know you except for the few minutes you show in the video but I feel strangely close to you or maybe it's because I can relate on some level. Being a graphic designer myself, only 2 years out of college - I've also always had the dream to move to Japan one day but am also afraid of what I would be giving up and of what I don't know will happen if I do move. She doesn't have to climb the stairs, also it's small up there and you would have to climb down to go to bathroom. Seems more for kids

Kimberly Martyn I’ve seen that part of the video several times and no the loft is not that small a bed for two fits perfectly up there besides the bed she already has down there is only for one person they’re gonna need a bigger bed wich will take way more space, thats why a comfy sofa would be better. Yess maybe the fact about going to the bathroom could be a bit of a pain but im sure they could get use to it. Reminder this is just a cool idea for her. And I disagree of what you said about the loft being better for kids no honey it’s dangerous for kids they can fall or hurt themselves if playing up there.
