Spanish counting numbers are mostly used in the provinces but if it is used in Filipino (Tagalog) it is mostly used as slang because it is not officially used. After reaching 20th, in Filipino it is DALAWAMPU. 21 and up e.g is DALAWAMPU AT ISA - but DALAWAMPU'T ISA is mostly used, same is true when going up e.i 31 which is TATLUMPU'T ISA. Bente and dalawampu are two words with the same exact meaning, which is twenty in English. The only difference is its etymology, the former being a derivative of the Spanish word "veinte" while the latter is the exact translation of the same word in Tagalog. Both words though are very commonly used in normal conversations. In essence, bente and dalawampu can be used interchangeably in a given sentence or phrase, whether you are referring to money, time, volume, or anything else quantifiable.

Bente is used when you count using the Chabacano dialect or the Philippine Creole Spanish (uno, dos, tres, kuatro, singko, seis, siete, ocho, nueve, dies...... bente, bente uno) Dalawampu is when you count using Filipino or tagalog. ( Isa, dalawa, tatlo.... Dalawampu, dalawampu't isa)..
