The biggest thali in Delhi (and maybe the biggest in the world?). This thali is a non-veg, with 32 different dishes to try including curries, dal, kebabs and MUCH MORE. What an amazing Indian food FEAST! Gaurav joins us for our final video from our Indian Street Food series to eat this HUGE 56 INCH THALI that weighs 5.5 kgs! We try our best to finish the whole thing, but it is just too big! I never knew I had it so good. My best friend and next door neighbors were from Punjab and I ate with them lots of meals. I remember the very first time sitting at the table with all of them and they waited for me to take my first bite. My mouth was on fire! They all laughed. Even the toddlers were eating it without a problem. That's when I learned the word for water...Pani. I miss that food. One thing I was left with was how to make yogurt and roti. Found memories.

Very nice.. gulab jamun is NOT made of flour. It's made of khoa (fried milk reduced to khoa, and then kneaded with little flour for binding, and then those balls are deep-fried in ghee/oil and soaked in syrup). So nice you tried everything including pickle, and papad, which most leave out! Best part is your attitude 👌

Malai kofta is made of boiled potatoes not dahi. It is stuffed with dry fruits. Rogan means butter or oil, Josh means enthusiasm and strength. It is a rich meat preparation with ghee and spices meant to give strength and energy.
