Avelovinit I feel for the guy. Hope he gets better soon. Did 7 hours in the ER on IV on New Years Eve a couple of years ago because of food poisoning. It can be bad for us foreigners. Take care guys and happy new year!

When we went for pinas vacay in 2017 my son got amoeba and was admitted for 48 hours. My poor baby. Water is the culprit. So take care of yourself Martin drink evian water only. Kudos to your amazing nurse Ave 🥰🥰🥰

Too much food intake especially oily food can cause loose bowel movement. 2 tabs of loperamide 3x a day helps! Then stay hydrated by drinking gatarode or oresol/hydrite will do. It is important to know the basic first aid in case clinic or hospital is not near. It is best to bring all the time small medicine kit (especially when attending a party) like loperamide, antacids (Kremil-S), paracetamol/advil, motilium for dyspepsia...These are over the counter medicine. Feel better soon, Martin.

I'm sorry to hear about Martin. I'm glad you were there to care for him. He is truly blessed to have a Master Chef taking care of him. My niece and nephews are Norwegians. Whenever they've had too much American or Asian food, they LOVE a good old Norwegian breakfast. I'm sure Martin will love it if you just surprise him with a good slice of wheat bread, Queso de Bola, and some vegetable cream cheese spread. The perfect Norwegian breakfast with a twist of Filipino.... Cheers!

Martin n Ave Christmas in the Phil. toured n shopped at the diff malls. Watched Holiday on Ice w friends n 250 kids’ treat by actress Antonette Taus. Martin did not expect our malls to be huge. Sad that Martin was poisoned due to water or food he took. Ave brought him to the hospital n took good care of him. Good he was well after 2 days.
