Hi Chef! New dad here also this year (February). I definitely agree when you feel na si wife ang gumagawa ng lahat, especially when you go out to work or do something for them. I assigned myself for the first 2 or 3 months to take care of the "graveyard shift" since CS si misis but still feeling ko kulang na kulang parin yung nagagawa ko for them. Please take a lot of photos and videos of him, after a few weeks or months, ang laki na nya bigla! Congratulations guys & enjoy!!! I'm a fan!

Still imagining a camping trip in kulas' place in cateel with erwan, jp, ninong ry, wil, daniel marsh and joel. Their journey going their from luzon camping along the way then the boat ride and then their setup in kulas' place. And franco performing while they are cooking. A series of episodes i 've dreamed of they would do. With daniel marsh and featr's story telling and cinematography combined. That would be epic. :(

Me n my wife had been watching u fly all over dubai then manila n u even went near us here in NJ until medyo nahilo na ako kaya medyo time out ako sa mga vids mo for 6 months i believe kaya nagulat kami upon knowing that u guys just had a baby! Congratulations Chef! Welcome to the fatherhood club Chef n i hope u have had saved enuff sleep saved coz u will come to appreciate those times when u can sleep whenever u want hehehe. The little things in life talaga but when u see ur baby, all ur hardwork is just worth it. My first time to taste authentic fish & chips was in Glasgow, Scotland in the 80’s and I loved it. We just tried it from a street cart and it was served to us in a newspaper, a dash of salt and vinegar on a finger food sized fish and chips. I loved that first fish and chips I have tasted and I craved for that same taste. Unfortunately, it did not happen again. Now in my 60’s, my grandson asked me to cook fish and chips for him, I checked KZbin and chose Gordon Ramsay’s take on the fish & chips batter. I used the cheapest fish of all (tilapia) as it was just a first time test and my grandson loved it. I guess Gordon’s way did it for me. 😂😂😂

We or I understand you @chefjayps, when it’s your turn in holding your baby, be sure that you do the “skin to skin” as they recommend here in the U.S. hospital, when bonding w/ the newborn baby. It’s very important. And don’t worry as the baby grows older their features changes a lot more and will or may look more like you. 😊 The fish & chips looks good and yummy. That place reminds me of the best kahlua pig w/ pineapple & melted cheese panini sandwich we had in HI.

And I remember my husband saying the same thing that you said but for us Moms okay na kami basta andyan lang kayo. For me lang din, di rin maganda na both doesnt have enough sleep, or both are tired, maganda na my equal distribution pa rin just like what you're doing, sa bahay ikaw muna kasi si camille kay baby din muna. Take one step at a time, kasi nakakaoverwhelming talaga.

Jp I really hope that fish and chip is good as I will give it a try when I am there. For me the real fish and chip has thin batter. The best one I had is in London and Dublin. The fish though looks generous.

Try Andrias by the Ventura Harbor. They don’t use fish, they use Angel Shark. Oh so good. Try it Chef JP when you come to the US sometime. Its only 1.5 hr drive from LA (when there is no traffic)😂
