Awesome vid. In 2015 I opened a restobar on Mindanao and it was amazing. I experienced all the challenges you mentioned here and more. It was quite the experience and I learned a lot. I had to leave the country in 2019 and even tho I hired someone who I thought would be an amazing manager, the business lasted 3 months before it was bankrupt! You definitely need to be there to oversee what is going on or the foreigner attitude of he can afford it really takes over! Would I do it again? Hell yeah. Would I do it if I had to leave again? Hell no!!!😂😂😂

Trust in business is very important amongst colleagues, and guests or customers that visit your facility. In my own work right now, there are still a strong sense of people that I still can't trust fully on both sides of the table of the "good" and the "bad" people. Simple enough, trust no one.
