You are right, there may be many decent people in Pakistan, but the state of Pakistan was created based on only Hate & it survives on hate and fear, just like Nazi Germany was, There may have been a lot of good people in Nazi Germany too, but did it deter US & UK from not wanting to dismantle that country and that system? Just like that 1st we want to dismantle Pakistan in to 3 or 4 manageable pieces & erase the state built on Hate & then we our self can help to develop them ,the people, just like we are helping Bangladesh now. You have to understand that all this hatred comes because of reasons. History has always taught us to not trust Pakistanis. Every time there's peace between us, Pakistan has either started a war with India or sent some terrorists here to cause problems. And Pakistan has shown no intention of curbing down on terrorism so we Indians have already given up on having any cordial relations with you, like it or not but there's no love left, just pure hatred. Of course there are good people and bad people on both sides but here's the thing our bad people do bad things to us, your bad people do bad things to you as well as us. So hating Pakistan and keeping it at an arm's length is the wise thing to do for Indians. I know it sounds mean but it is the smart thing to do.

Basically it's very easy for you to say that they all are not same because you're not grown up in such conditions. On the other side of the border they nurture terrorist in their backyard and sent it back into India. India tried to help them many times in past but they always did bad things to India.
