Foreigner Struggles to Find Employees in the Philippines

If the poverty level in Bohol is above 20%, is it really that hard to find someone to work with me? Is my mission too much to handle? Would I have to do this all alone? These were just some of the questions I had when I was looking for my first employee in a brand new country. In this episode I take you through the ups and the downs, of at least what my experience was, as a foreigner goes. There are times when the easiest solutions are right in front of us and all we need is for someone to point us in the right direction.

Observe their attitude. Put them on probationary period. If u 'r satisfied of their work then that's it. W/o hesitation, u'll have a written contract about length of stay on their job. Ante

you should extend your search to metro manila, a lot of people who are born and raised in Bohol migrated to Metro Manila for a job opportunity, also there are a lot of people from Metro Manila who are willing to move to Bohol because why not, good luck! congrats on your first employee!

Visayas Bohol. Asa ka dapit sa bohol? Tagbilaran? Agriculture business? What's the business plan? You should start with a small veggie garden and a small sari sari store, and learn the culture while you build up.
