Description of Wisdom 12 Wisdom is radiant and unfading, and she is easily discerned by those who love her and is found by those who seek her. 13 She hastens to make herself known to those who desire her. 14 One who rises early to seek her will have no difficulty, for she will be found sitting at the gate. 15 To fix one’s thought on her is perfect understanding, and one who is vigilant on her account will soon be free from care, 16 because she goes about seeking those worthy of her, and she graciously appears to them in their paths and meets them in every thought. 17 The beginning of wisdom[a] is the most sincere desire for instruction, 18 and concern for instruction is love of her, and love of her is the keeping of her laws, and giving heed to her laws is assurance of immortality, 19 and immortality brings one near to God, 20 so the desire for wisdom leads to a kingdom. 21 Therefore if you delight in thrones and scepters, O monarchs over the peoples, honor wisdom, so that you may reign forever. 22 I will tell you what wisdom is and how she came to be, and I will hide no secrets from you, but I will trace her course from the beginning of creation and make knowledge of her clear, and I will not pass by the truth, 23 nor will I travel in the company of sickly envy, for envy[b] does not associate with wisdom. 24 The multitude of the wise is the salvation of the world, and a sensible king is the stability of any people. 25 Therefore be instructed by my words, and you will profit.Passage Resources Hebrew/Greek Your Content Wisdom of Solomon 7 New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition The King Is Like Other Mortals 7 I also am mortal like everyone else, a descendant of the first-formed child of earth, and in the womb of a mother I was molded into flesh, 2 within the period of ten months, compacted with blood, from the seed of a man and the pleasure of marriage. 3 And when I was born, I began to breathe the common air and fell upon the kindred earth; my first sound was a cry, as is true of all. 4 I was nursed with care in swaddling cloths. 5 For no king has had a different beginning of existence; 6 there is for all one entrance into life and one way out. Respect for Wisdom 7 Therefore I prayed, and understanding was given me; I called on God, and the spirit of wisdom came to me. 8 I preferred her to scepters and thrones, and I accounted wealth as nothing in comparison with her. 9 Neither did I liken to her any priceless gem, because all gold is but a little sand in her sight, and silver will be accounted as clay before her. 10 I loved her more than health and beauty, and I chose to have her rather than light because her radiance never ceases. 11 All good things came to me along with her, and in her hands uncounted wealth. 12 I rejoiced in them all because wisdom leads them, but I did not know that she was their mother. 13 I learned without guile, and I impart without grudging; I do not hide her wealth, 14 for it is an unfailing treasure for mortals; those who get it obtain friendship with God, commended for the gifts that come from instruction. Prayer for Wisdom 15 May God grant me to speak with judgment and to have thoughts worthy of what I have received, for he is the guide even of wisdom and the corrector of the wise. 16 For both we and our words are in his hand, as are all understanding and skill in crafts. 17 For it is he who gave me unerring knowledge of what exists, to know the structure of the world and the activity of the elements, 18 the beginning and end and middle of times, the alternations of the solstices and the changes of the seasons, 19 the cycles of the year and the constellations of the stars, 20 the natures of animals and the tempers of wild animals, the powers of spirits[a] and the thoughts of human beings, the varieties of plants and the virtues of roots; 21 I learned both what is secret and what is manifest, 22 for wisdom, the fashioner of all things, taught me. The Nature of Wisdom There is in her a spirit that is intelligent, holy, unique, manifold, subtle, agile, clear, unpolluted, distinct, invulnerable, loving the good, keen, 23 irresistible, beneficent, humane, steadfast, sure, free from anxiety, all-powerful, overseeing all, and penetrating through all spirits that are intelligent, pure, and altogether subtle. 24 For wisdom is more mobile than any motion; because of her pureness she pervades and penetrates all things. 25 For she is a breath of the power of God and a pure emanation of the glory of the Almighty; therefore nothing defiled gains entrance into her. 26 For she is a reflection of eternal light, a spotless mirror of the working of God, and an image of his goodness. 27 Although she is but one, she can do all things, and while remaining in herself, she renews all things; in every generation she passes into holy souls and makes them friends of God and prophets, 28 for God loves nothing so much as the person who lives with wisdom. 29 She is more beautiful than the sun and excels every constellation of the stars. Compared with the light she is found to be more radiant, 30 for it is succeeded by the night, but against wisdom evil does not prevail.Wisdom of Solomon 8 New Revised Standard Version Updated Edition 8 She reaches mightily from one end of the earth to the other, and she orders all things well. Love for Wisdom 2 I loved her and sought her from my youth; I desired to take her for my bride and became enamored of her beauty. 3 She glorifies her noble birth by living with God, and the Lord of all loves her. 4 For she is an initiate in the knowledge of God and an associate in his works. 5 If riches are a desirable possession in life, what is richer than wisdom, the active cause of all things? 6 And if understanding is effective, who more than she is fashioner of what exists? 7 And if anyone loves righteousness, her labors are virtues, for she teaches self-control and prudence, justice and courage; nothing in life is more profitable for mortals than these. 8 And if anyone longs for wide experience, she knows the things of old and infers the things to come; she understands turns of speech and the solutions of riddles; she has foreknowledge of signs and wonders and of the outcome of seasons and times. Wisdom Indispensable to Rulers 9 Therefore I determined to take her to live with me, knowing that she would give me good counsel and encouragement in cares and grief. 10 Because of her I shall have glory among the multitudes and honor in the presence of the elders, though I am young. 11 I shall be found keen in judgment, and in the sight of rulers I shall be admired. 12 When I am silent they will wait for me, and when I speak they will give heed; if I speak at greater length, they will put their hands on their mouths. 13 Because of her I shall have immortality and leave an everlasting remembrance to those who come after me. 14 I shall govern peoples, and nations will be subject to me; 15 dread monarchs will be afraid of me when they hear of me; among the people I shall show myself capable and courageous in war. 16 When I enter my house, I shall find rest with her, for companionship with her has no bitterness, and life with her has no pain but gladness and joy. 17 When I considered these things inwardly and pondered in my heart that in kinship with wisdom there is immortality, 18 and in friendship with her, pure delight, and in the labors of her hands, unfailing wealth, and in the experience of her company, understanding, and renown in sharing her words, I went about seeking how to get her for myself. 19 As a child I was naturally gifted, and a good soul fell to my lot, 20 or rather, being good, I entered an undefiled body. 21 But I perceived that I would not possess wisdom unless God gave her to me- and it was a mark of insight to know whose gift she was- so I appealed to the Lord and implored him, and with my whole heart I said .

Pls kindly try to reform few verses in Quran like, no other God except Allah.. Calling others Kafir.. Non believers..apostate punishment .. People who want to renounce islam is individual choice.. Allah is all powerful, he can take care of them, but we should not give fatwas to kill in the name of Islam. This is my humble request to who ever gives such Fatwas. Please provide exit policy also..like if they don't want to believe in Allah, whether people are eligible to live or not. Pls talk more on this

@@guildersbd Hi Guilders, what he calls Inner Engineering IS an initiation. He is just being marketing saavy. It is a 4 day crash course into yoga practice and at the very end he "plants the seed" on your mind. Its not one o one. Large groups instead but still very efective. I am much more self aware, meaning I can stop negative thoght processes in the beginning (b4 they would last for days). Considering those thoghts drove be to suicidal depression on the past, it has been a huge progress for me. On the down side, made me rethink all my carreer choices and leave everything behind. Back in the day before we came up with filtered water everyone was drinking beers wine and ciders instead because it was safer, even the kids. The debate of whats natural or not imo doesn't even matter anymore. Sadghuru seems to think there was some sort of dystopia back in the day. To an outsider secularism is better than Hinduism then. Why else would you choose secularism? Hole in the logic. Major hole. Is Secularism more peaceful than Hinduism? Is Secularism more intelligent than Hinduism? Is Secularism deeper ocean than enlightenment, universalism and wisdom? If answer is no to ALL as it should be does it not raise one's eye brows to contradictions and anomalies of India? 21 But I perceived that I would not possess wisdom unless God gave her to me- and it was a mark of insight to know whose gift she was- so I appealed to the Lord and implored him, and with my whole heart I said,

In this video, Sadhguru was asking someone "Do you believe in God", and he was encouraging people to not to believe anything unless you see it. There are so many things we can't have empirical experience, but they are there. Because humans have 4 defects. There is Supreme personality of Godhead/Krishna who has created the whole creation and so merciful divine father for all of us. If I have never seen my father, can anyone say, that I came out of nothing. He is the biggest fool or rascal number one. I can make a beautiful cake and if I put a little bit of sand, can anyone eat it. That's how Sadhguru's teachings. When it comes to Medical doctors and Spiritual teachers, they have to be 100% genuine. Otherwise they shouldn't preach. Hope now you understand. Hinduism, Christianity, Jewism, Sikhism, Buddhism, etc., all created by humans. The eternal religion/Sanatana Dharma is created by the Supreme personality of Godhead/Krishna - if you access vedabase.com you can read, understand and apply in your life and feel the eternal blissfulness with full of knowledge. Mr Sadguru? A Sadguru, is a Guru. You do not prefix it with any such salutation. In Indian tradition a Sadguru is defined as a True Guru who is made by this creation for you. And as per this tradition it is said that when you reach that stage of “evolvement”, he comes in search of you to nudge you in the right path. It is left for you to figure out if he truly is a Sadguru or not.

One who doesnt believe vedas are called Demonic, the Supreme personality of Godhead/Krishna says, as per the Ancient Vedic scripture Bhagavad Gita As It Is, in Chapter 16. Sadhguru doesn't believe in Vadas. He talks according to his own whim. Everyone gets Guru according to their own desire ...

He knows a lot. He looks intelligent because Jewish Rabbi didn't know anything about the basic knowledge that Indian ancient oldest Vedic Scripture Bhagavad Gita taught us about "We are not the body and we are the spirit soul". Once we know this, the next steps are applying and realizing it. (How, please see the the information given at the bottom of this message.) We have subtle body and gross body. Subtle body includes mind, intelligence and false ego and the gross body is made of 5 elements, such as air, water, either, fire and earth. When you are sick, would you go to an innovative Medical doctor who learnt on his own or who learnt from an authoritative college, university, etc,? Doctor is for physical ailments and Spiritual is for keeping the Consciousness at the right path/direction. In the world, there are so many educated people are there. Do they really have the absolute knowledge. The answer is No. Similarly SadhGuru also knows a lot. Has he got the absolute knowledge. The answer is No. He doesn't follow Vedas. The Absolute knowledge can’t come from any ordinary or extra ordinary human. It can only come from the Supreme Personality of Godhead/Krishna (Supernatural) who has all 6 opulence such as wealth, strength, knowledge, fame, beauty and renunciation in full. Like Medicine, the Spiritual knowledge is also coming from Disciplic succession from the Lord through Bhagavad Gita which had been spoken long long ago and which was repeated again 5000 years ago. "Bhagavad Gita As It Is" can be accessed on vedabase.com and can be learnt by the help of authoritative teachers who are available at International Society of Krishna Consciousness - ISKCON. Hope this helps people who are interested in Spirituality/Self-realization through Absolute knowledge. Thanks for reading it! 21 But I perceived that I would not possess wisdom unless God gave her to me- and it was a mark of insight to know whose gift she was- so I appealed to the Lord and implored him, and with my whole heart I said,

I appreciate the Rabbi heard him out each time, even if the answer appeared to be a little far-fetched. Patience is rare these days. Many modern interviewers just ask questions in order to make their point, camouflaging their own statements as qestions, for the purpose of getting confirmation. Yet the Rabbi really exploorded the mind and wisdom of his conversation partner. Much to the benefit of the audience.

@@matsyadevidasi i agree with you, I am a gnostic Christian. It is important to me to acknowledge the Supreme being that we are all drawn to and that is inside of us. Without these notions, it is hard to understand things like Matrix control system, presence of angels and demons, and even the presence of ill willed extraterrestrials and good willed extraterrestrials. Not everything is mysticism, not everything is only inside of us. Let's say I suddenly get horrible violent thoughts. Chances are there is some outside influence and I have to deal with it and "fight" it. Psychic attacks, possessions do happen. Not long ago, I got rid of an entity during one of my cultivation methods. These things should be known and acknowledged. If you simply ignore something, it does not mean it will avoid you.

In another video, Sadhguru was asking someone "Do you believe in God", and he was encouraging people to not to believe anything unless you see it.
