Narciso has been known for late night robberies.. usually a group of teenage boys will surround confuse take things from your pockets and scurry off into the shadows, there has been a few physical altercations as well 😳 i havent heard of any issues in the last couple months

having lived in Asia for the last 19 years, there are so many sad situations I've heard from locals. Some genuine and some not. I'm not suggesting the lady in the video wasn't genuine because I really think she was as corroborated by others there. But you just can't give to everyone as heartless as it might sound.
