the "aryan theory" is hoax. it was developed by the britishers to prove that the people who wrote the VEDA were aryans and hence not indigenous bharatiya. ARYAs were, in reality, the people who lived in the sapta sindhu region, followed the veda and dharmashatra. that is why even shri ramchandra is also called "arya putra". to understand the true ancient history of India please refer to historians like Dr Sampurnanand and A.C. Das.

Basically, ill give you a brief history. When Alexander was going through these areas, Gilgit. Chitral and the areas you have visited, the injured or the weak soldiers who couldnt move any further kept being left behind. Those soldiers then settled in these areas and the families started and the blood lines. Fun fact. Macedonia is a place, you'll find people with same features. People from Gilgit Baltistan, areas like Dha, and Macedonia have similar features.
