fun fact. every Friday (12am-2pm) all shop will be close. watch the road, it will be empty. all men go prayer to the mosque. no men will be seen outside except non muslim

Yeah there is not many public transportation here in Brunei. Most have cars to get around. Getting a lift can be difficult too but Bruneian are ready to help if you ask for it. I agree with many outsiders it can be quite boring but us Bruneian make the most and fun what is available. Food, hospitality are our strengths. Should visit kampong air, temburong national park, temburong bridge, walk by the BSB waterfront to name a few. Nevetheless welcome to 🇧🇳

I feel very pitty fr th foreigners or tourists tht hv to com here bcs see hw difficult it is at th immigration reflects Bruneis systems of filling in many2 forms and smtimes having to pay fr som forms ( if at th airport foreigners usually hv to pay 30$ ) after js arriving or landing bt th good side abt Brunei is tht i blieve our ppl are friendly , kind and willing to help thm .

There are not many countries out there like brunei. Its my country of birth but i’m living half way around the world. I hv not been back since 2017. I really am homesick. Hope u both enjoy yr stay in Brunei and leave with fond memories of it.

Luckily, you both were able to thumb a lift from a friendly uncle....indeed a nice man too who even handed his van key while he went to perform his prayer....👍👍 Looking forward to watch your Brunei series. Brunei where u can gom -Pasar malam gadong (only at night) -Jerudong park, hv zoo and theme park -Tasek lama(waterfall and lot of monkey but don't feed them very dangerous they might attack and rob all your food, they will call all their gang if u give em food) -sunday morning only 6am -10am (bandar ku ceria) cycling activities road will be close for people cycling and exercising -The mall gadong -Supa save mabohai (international groceries also have monkey at the car park) monkey usually came out afternoon -Serasa beach (bbq, jet etc) -Hari raya season (eid mubarak) 2nd-3rd day, can enter the palace and greet His Majesty and lots free food (sadly its not raya season yet lol) -Tamu kianggeh morning (traditional item) -Pabo restaurants (water village View and ambuyat food the gluey stuff) -pantai cafe, jerudong have horse ride $5/ride and can feed the elephant apple, banana, mango etc. The only elephant in Brunei. her name "Jeddah)

Covid19 has given a lot of restrictions in entering Brunei easily. Unlike before. It used to be so easy. From Miri, you can go straight to BSB already for B$50 using the PHLS Bus. Now the border seems so deserted. Not many people are travelling even though the border is already open. Anyway, the purple bus will take you to different places for $1 only. The main terminal is at Bandar. You just need to know the place where you are going to.

I told in you in your video last time.. Brunei can be very unexcepted.. So many negativities about Brunei told by other countries but if you there you will be surprised how beautiful Brunei is especially the people. If you go to the water village please take the local boat.. quiet cheap and you have to tell what you want to see.. and Temburong National Park is a must.. And from there you should go to Sabah.. and stop at Beaufort to have best Satay in Sabah.. and from there you should go to Kuala Penyu the best Kampung beach to experience the kampung life .. from there you can visit the coral island nearby.. The surival island..( the first American Survival island tv program) All this area you can do hitchhiking.. because all of this no tourist area you will be very welcoming.. if you want to go back to Kota Kinabalu, you can take the train .. This is the only train ride on the island of Borneo.. I tell you ..if you are traveler you should do this trip .. totally off beaten track.. Good luck and enjoy..
