There is actually an arcade in The Mall.And since I am from Brunei,I know where it is.Go to the top floor first,second go pass the movie theater to go to the food court,next go to the end of the food court at your left(you stand at the middle of the food court where there is a little shop where you can buy some taiyaki,corn dogs and others,then go to your left)then after you go to your left,you can see there is a little pathway so go to the edge where you can find the arcade.

Actually if you didnt know anything just keep silent, to get the SIM card dst you need to have Brunei phone number and to get the dst just said rasi card $5 or easi card $10 try to make bruneian people understand what you guys trying to searching because not all Brunei people understand English

It used to be called 'DST Incomm'. Nowadays the shop is just named 'Incomm' (the red/white sign at 5:55 you merely missed it). But people still prefer to call it 'DST' though. 😅 The DST booth at the ground floor is just temporary during the Expo.

it's very frustrating when the DST lady doesn't even helpful. No sim card but they set up a booth. For what purpose the DST booth? And they send you guys for sim hunting up down the stairs. Omg.

That was a bad experience. But everyone knows that sims for tourists are not really needed in boots, it's just a place to promote a new service. Usually temporary sims will only be sold at airports and DST shops.

DST now get those part time salesgirl and salesman to grab customer. But their DST knowledge are limited with no communication skills. Opening numerous IG account like those online direct sales agent. The way they doing business now are very low-class for big company which used to be big brother in Brunei Telecom industry.

Well i have expariance when we stay in hotel Rizqun and the wifi is not working we looking for Dst recard the hold Mal down the hotel until we look for it outside the Mall i really cannot find . Only the next day then i can buy it . Yes In Brunai not everyday we can find what we need so we need to have stock , even fruith

the cinema there is also great cause when a famous movie or fandom is released, a lot of people will cosplay and are very welcome in the cinema! The staffs at the mall also gives popcorn to people who brought their very own containers for popcorn and loads of people brings very creative containers haha! ☺ can't wait to see which location you'll visit next!

don't worry not just tourist get confuse. even im Bruneian get confuse where to find dst at the mall😂😂 Cuz they name the shop incomm, that's why u can't find the dst name. idk they collab maybe. and the shop look more like selling mobile phone. the dst counter is inside. even the progressif we can't see the shop. due to the magic door 😂 don't worry we get confuse too😂 it's normal

The Mall is the last place you’ll wanna look for a DST Sim Card, there is a DST Branch near by but can’t really remember. The Mall is both a Hotel and Mall, the part you enter from the third floor is the Hotel Lobby area, never stayed there before but it’s worth the money as my cousin say it. In Brunei 🇧🇳 there’s 3 Brand but 1 ISP and that’s UNN, Dst, Progresif and Imagine all are just brands competing against each other (probably) for better, faster wifi and or data deals. Imagine is better for Home wifi imo while Progresif and Dst are both good at Mobile and has better deals for it too only one is more money saving than the other. The Mall is a Place where most or everyone comes to hangout and it gets crowded during payday which in this video shows it

Internet access in Brunei is expensive compared to other Asean countries. It's expensive because Brunei is small population. Unlike other countries where the population is high means more people subscribed and that translate to higher revenue which in turn can sustain the infrastructure maintenance. The Mall in Gadong is considered the biggest in Brunei, sufficiently enough to cater consumer need. During my stay few years back, online retail is not popular in Brunei. People still choose to go to mall to buy stuffs but with the Covid19 thing, maybe online commerce may have pickup already. While you're there, try and visit the Empire Resort for beautiful sunset view. And Kampung Ayer by boat.
