Me and my wife ate at Ka Lui's almost 24 years ago ( 1995 ) and we had lobster tail, grilled blue Marlin steak and soup for P 135.00 only. That was a steal!

very easy to cook sinigang.Just copy the recipe and procedure in you tube and you could twist the meat and vegetable used spinach,brocolli and carrots.But the main ingredient Tamarind fruits or mix/powder to make it sour

Ceviche actually originated from the Philippines brought by the Spanish to the Americas, and also Filipino colonist in Mexico. There were two way trades between Philippines and Mexico. OMG you are near to my province. You should visit Occidental Mindoro and try to go to Sablayan where the longest island to island zip line in the world is located. It is 1.7 KM and the island there is amazing as well as the diverse marine life.

Kell come to Iloilo especially in Roxas or Carles area, they sell very cheap and fresh seafoods. I had a kilo of scallops for 100php and sea urchin for 20php.
