Breakfast north eastern- puri, sbji, jalebi/ aalo paratha, gobi paratha, paneer paratha/ chhola bhatura/ dip kachori Lunch- khichdi, chokha, papad, chatani/ veg pulao/ egg fried rice Evening snack- pani-puri/ bhel puri/ aaloo chop, khatta gola/ nd can try lot of sweets too like ras-malaai, chena piace, kazu barfi Dinner desert- custard, sewai, kheer, falooda ice cream, Lassi Gobi ki sbji, chicken chilli, natural mushroom, fish These Item haven't tried these north Eastern. After this, there ll be South West east

People in other countries are not use to eating curd with salt, spices and chutneys. It is an acquired taste. For them curd is always with sugar which is too sweet.

@@devoid6512 yes it's a very acquired taste. Many people who don't like many flavors in one bite will not enjoy it all. People should only introduce it after the foreigner has tried many Indian Street food. I used not like dahi vada Or any dahi at all,but my friends kept ordering it every time we went out and after eating it for many times i started loving dahi vada, all the mixture of flavors I can't find in any other street food.

@@mrp5764 I think he pronounced perfectly. In southern side (my state) we pronounce " Vadai" Instead of " Vada". Thayir (curd)... Pakoda (pakora)..India has different languages

I am Indian living in Germany, and I have tried indian food from indian restaurants and believe me they don't taste enough like we get in India..for eg. here they put lots of raisins in Samosa and no chilli bcz foreigners don't eat spicy..so the taste that we get in India in Indian food is heaven, we cannot get anywhere else. So I want to say that eating Indian food outside India and judging it will not do the justice to the Indian food..come to India and then have it, i am sure you will get addicted. I believe Indian food is the best food in all over the world. Thanks 🙂

Years ago my mum shifted to sweat dhai vada and she is from Jharkhand so they have especial way of making it( have roasted cumin powder and sugar and black salt in curd watered down the thickness and with vada they soak it in warm salted water for few hours so its so soft and soak all the curd when they are dipped into it). And trust me it's the only kind of dhai vada I eat. I never eat dhai Vada from outside or even at my friends or other half of family relative house.

If you didnt like the food that means its not made properly. Dahi means Yogurt and wada means savoury doughnut which is usually made up of lentil flour. Mostly gluten free.

Dahi vada is not ice cream it is a fluffy pakora made up of urad dal and fried and dip in Cold water overnight and serve in breakfast with curd, coriander chutney and taramind chutney
