@@aghosal22 While i agree that Bengali's do eat a lot of variety of Fishes, but saying that "Bengali's eat every kind of fish" is an over-statement, as i have seen some other cultures (both indian and non-indian) who eat type of fishes that even Bengali's don't eat. Oh, by the way, i am Bengali myself. And while i am not a big fish fan (odd for a bengali), my mother does like them a lot, and i atleast know what types of fishes are commonly eaten by bengali's and what not.

Yes they do. In Maharashtra especially in the konkani and the Malwani cusine the famous combo is Bhakri and fish curry. The Bengalis eat with rice. Goans eat with pao.

I may have missed it, but is there an episode doing only tandoori stuff? Veg, non-veg, etc? They keep mentioning about shrimp and fish being grilled and maybe they don't know that Indian tandoor does a lot of grilling.

Sounds like the shrimps were over cooked even by Indian standards. If you are a seafood eater you would know why. Plus shrimp curry should be served with rice to get the best flavour.

Maybe its time you moved them away from standard North Indian/Punjabi stuff and moved down one coast all the way South and up the other coast, detour to North East and then end up in Kashmir.
