Pakistan has a huge influence of Persian cuisine. We Pakistanis consume a lot of beef which Indians obviously cant have as it is banned. You will only see a a bit of tiny indian cuisine in lahore or karachi but overall we have have different foods like chapli kebab, dam pukht, seekh kebabs, kabuli palau, lots of different Karahis and all sorts of different food. So we are very different

Well I came to know it’s not called chapli kabab and it’s not because it shaped like chapal, no it’s not . It’s real name is chapni kabab and it’s originally from chitral-Pakistan . And seekh kabab were dry because it has less fat .

These are actually chappal kebabs and they are being called as chappal kebabs because these kebabs are pressed and then cooked just like chappals ( kind of shoes)which do not have extra high soles and looks pressed and flat .These kebabs are pakistani kebabs made originally in peshawar .yes chiral might also have its own version but the more famous and known ones throughout the country and world is Chapli kebabs others are different versions of chapli kebabs with their own local different names but the origin is peshaweri chapli kebabs .

First of all Pakistan doesnt even have indian cuisine yes we done have a tiny bit but we mostly have a Persian cuisine. You will only see Indian cuisine only in lahore or Karachi. Even in Karachi and lahore we dont eat dosa, samber and all the indian stuff. But if you move to other areas of Pakistan like Peshawar quetta, mardan, Waziristan Kohistan all the other cities. You will see lots of different foods which arent even Indian they are persian and also Pakistanis consume a lot of beef which you Indians cant eat because its banned despite being a secular country. We have beef in nearly all our dishes so its not the same. Think about it before you speak.
