It's crazy how good the 90's Bulls were. They made any elite team look average. This 97 Heat & Utah Jazz team would've dominate the current NBA teams.

Golden State, Spurs, Okc, plenty of better teams in my opinion

MJ splitting 3 defenders... amazing.. you see D wade do that move often in today's game and you know where he got that from... MJ... THE GOAT...

What a great game and series this was. Miami was awesome back the late 90s. Two of the greatest teammates if all time vs one of the best 'big man/small man' of all time. Too bad Rodman cheapshotted Mourning, but there's very little ANY team could do against 90s Bulls.

U can see that the ultra athletic magic is gone from Jordan's game but in the way bird dominated, mj dominated as part of the unit.

Miami had some really good team's back then. The problem was you had to go through Chicago... And this guy wearing#23 Jersey. Which means basically you had no chance!

The Heat's real roadblock was the New York Knicks, they got lucky the first time with the Knicks suspensions after the fight.

@dinozzoff i simply agree. amidst talk about the current players,esp kobe catching up..jordan was a phenomenon,aint no other like him. they criticize us 4 holding on and not acknowledgng the present..we r great for the present players dts y its a shame for others who nvr had the chnce to see mj play..say outrageous comments. but well,gonna love the nba..still.lol♥
@jaa070216 жыл бұрын
i looked at this a number of times to see if it was a travel.. but.. concluded that its not a travel. when he took the hop step, he was grabing the ball from the bounce.. therefore still dribbling. after that, he took 2 steps which is allowed before letting the ball go.

The NBA is so different now. Look how MJ screamed at the referee, and got away with it. No T, no nothing. Unthinkable now.
@menstyle25727 жыл бұрын
the refs would treat MJ as if he were a VIP. Which he was.
@MissSandraXO7 жыл бұрын
Men Style I know, but the difference between now and the 90's is so obvious, it's even funny to notice.

i mean the move on 3:30 i am sorry. also the play at 3:46...that's just crazy. see the distance he creates from the defender, it is more than 6 ft!!how many of these guys would expect mj to drive in to the paint even when he is this old!!? mj is still lighting fast in this year and he just read through any one who is guarding him.

Everyone says Knicks should of been in this series.. No matter who is in this series the Bulls would of sen dem home.. Da 97 knicks were good but not as tough as the 92 and 93 Knicks. Da knicks where da X Man got in Jordan Face and them throwing bodies at Jordan in 92 and in 93 where da knciks had home court and a 2-0 lead ..So whatevea ppl say that Knicks would of beaten da Bulls in this series is crazy. No way Jordan would make that happen.Ya they probably push dem to 7 games but would you

that play on 0:30 is just great!! split the d and finish off with the left. he made it look so easy. but to change the speed and see how the defense react require great deal of stamina and court vision. really if anyone want to compare any nowadays players to this guy is a pure joke.

The Bulls did this all postseason (at least in '97). Sleepwalk for about 3 quarters only to impose their will in the 4th and pull out the win.

Miami did had a decent yr that yeat goign 61-21 too bad the Bulls were way better than a 61 win team. When you think of these Bulls you automativally think 67 plus wins

and at 7:52... the reaction to the defense is amazing, knowing dan is blocking the lane he switch and change his speed by doing the hop step and find the opening... this is a great game for mj, so many great moves, so many splitting the defense. he is smart and graceful to watch.
