For some reason they never showed any actual photos of Thomas Brown. He is still in prison serving a life sentence but he may possibly be paroled next year. The polygraph is said to measure the emotional responses of the subject by seeing physical signs. It says nothing about what caused those responses. Here, the girl was emotionally upset by being in the event. The polygraph probably measured her responses accurately, but the humans involved drew the wrong conclusions. That is why those who understand this never use the term "lie detector." It isn't one at all.

If he murdered her husband why would he let her live the only witness and the part about reading the bible to him? Who brings a bible camping?
@charlenesass68712 ай бұрын
That helped, once night when me and my boyfriend walked through the woods, all of a sudden someone was gun pointing me while his friends keep my boyfriend down. The only instinct i got was talking about the bible. Believe me it helped

You answered your own question. He was not 'allowed' and he was a criminal. They don't ask permission or use legal means. Most gun laws only hurt law abiding citizens.

This couple were too naive. If a man approached you too eager to help and separate you it’s a red flag. There are too many bad stories happened in the woods. The tugs believe there are no witnesses they can do whatever they want. There is story where entire family was murdered because they befriended a man who seemed nice and help at the beginning all he was interested is to rape one of the daughters (very young daughter I may add), and then he killed her too.
