This is sad when terrorism strikes a beautiful country like Australia. Holidayed there many a time & the Aussies of all ethnical backgrounds were a friendly bunch. It only takes a minority group to spoil it for everybody. Australia or any other country don't deserve this & the police & forensics did a great job unravelling this heinous crime. More lives could've been lost because of a mad man.

Bomber lives among us now. Kings Langley (Sydney) New South Wales Australia. A man convicted of a terrorist bombing in Melbourne 20 years ago can never be deported for his crime. Levon Demirian was a key figure in the 1986 bombing of the Turkish consulate in South Yarra, in which his accomplice died. Demirian’s Australian citizenship allowed him to avoid banishment to his native Lebanon when his prison sentence ended. Since his RELEASE prior to 2006 he has been living in Sydney.

How can any bodyguard exercise his duty in protecting the client when he is vulnerable himself to an ambush. You don't even see it coming until you are riddled with bullets.

Yes the Armenian genocide was an atrocious event that happened in 1915, but nobody alive now had anything to do with it. As an Aussie I was really pleased with the Turkish representatives response to the bombing when he said "we are really disappointed that these people have brought the hatred of History to this country, that we all came to, in order to leave that behind ".

@@NomadUniverse Well, I guess because I see it the same as if they'd of said the bombing made an old man crossing the street fall down and stub his toe. It's non-essential information to the story. Like if they'd of listed every cop who helped in the clean-up. Totally non-essential to the story.
