Idr if it mentions it but many places have free counseling for youths and other demographics so that's worth checking. Therapy In A Nutshell and NICABM on YT are great, evidence based, understanding, thorough yet accessible, and made by actual therapists (I def recommend watching them regardless of whether you are or aren't getting therapy). It's amazing how math and physics can be applied to understanding bloodstain patterns in crime scenes. It's like solving a puzzle using trigonometry and geometry to unlock the secrets behind a gruesome story. This just goes to show that math is not only useful in everyday life, but can also be thrilling and intellectually stimulating. Who knew that studying math could be so spine-chillingly exciting!

My science teacher once did super super cool like that. She had one of our colleagues come in to ask her something while we were in lab (and weren't paying attention). Afterwards, she asked us all to describe everything we remembered. She used that to both teach us about databases and how to use excel (since we were trying to figure out exactly what happened) and about the unreliability of witness-accounts. It was an awesome way to teach us about what could have been dry subjects!
