Lol the “come over” feature was part of New Leaf and you could buy stuff too. It was so cute and I’m glad it’s been brought back. I was invited over to a villager house for the first time today as well and we played a game~ plus Bunnie gifted me her favorite song as a thank you for coming over. As usual your builds are amazing! I've played AC since the GameCube version and this is the first one I can't experience. I've seen a few videos, enough to know it's lacking in a few areas but Land-o-Goshen did they make up for it in island customizability! It's no wonder it took them so long to get things like gyroids and Brewster put back.

I really wanted to relish the work you were doing and it was hard to process what beautiful work you had before it was out of frame. I will definitely be going back for a re-watch.
