Stunning video mate!! Yes I will be biased as was there for part of the day, and for all of rhe drinking in the evening 🤣 That was a lot lf alcohol!! Part two will confirm how we all felt the next day 🤣🤣😭😭 First up!! Holy 💩, how big was that moment 04:03 you had with the front-end!! At speed as well, my heart was in my mouth for you, not even sure how you even stayed on!!? Great video, glad bit rhere for some of the trails, and loved the ones I did do for sure. Just an awesome weekend all round, and the fact you knew Steve was the icing on the cake! What a top bloke he is, taller than I thought he was as well 🤣 Had a much needed good laugh this weekend, youbcwrtainly iograded my FoD plans that's for sure 🤣🤣

Thanks mate, best weekend in ages for sure. That moment… huge tank slapper at speed, no idea how I managed to stay on really, I did an involuntary poo for sure 😂 Literally every trail Twelve showed us was great, some greater than others but no duds at all. You may have not managed to ride many but you rode them well, especially on an unfamiliar loaner. Steve’s a legend, isn’t he? I loved that he only recognised Twelve when I pointed out that he had no teeth the last time he’d seen him 😂 Definitely a bit tender on Saturday, those climbs soon got rid of the hangover though! Barry Sidings next mate, should be just as good, if not better 😃👍

Absolutely awesome riding mate, so much as well (we barely scratched the surface). Good old Christian 😂. He was the impetus for the trip although I massively increased the scope to bring Twelve along and make it a two day affair. After doing two runs with us at the first location (we did four), he took the loaner back with the plan being to leg it back over to the second location as quickly as possible. He ended up chatting to the bike shop guys and then going to Burger King, got back so late that he never got to ride with us at location two 😂 We did get to the pub to meet Steve Jones on time though, so he got his selfie with Jonesy in 😂

What an absolute fantastic weekend, plenty of crazy thrown in, especially day 2 😮🤣 we were proper knackered by the end though 😅 can’t complain, driest ride in bloody ages, I’ve craved these 🤣👍🏻 superb video, great reflection of the day 👍🏻

Wasn’t it just, mate; best weekend I’ve had in years. Bicycles, beers, brilliant trails, laughs all the time, great weather, great company, it had it all. We even had a bicycle celebrity come to meet us at the pub 😂😂😂 Can’t wait for the next one 😃👍

We really did mate, both days and the evening in the pub were spot on. I always find the first ride of the year on dry trails sketchy, as can be seen by the massive tank slapper I had at around 4:20 😀. Too used to mud 😂

Such a great looking location. Trails looks a great mix of speed, tech and even flow. Disappointed i couldn't join 😢. Might have to convince the mrs that we need an air b&b in that direction and taje the bike 👍

Video doesn’t do justice to how rooty and off camber that was. Every trail we rode over the two days was outstanding mate, the final three in the video that’s coming next week were amazing; so technical 👍

@@MTB_Trekker probably about the same size as the one I think you mean at Wharncliffe but a bit steeper at the top and a bit choppier as it has roots and is uneven. Rode fine though 👍

Thanks mate, loved the riding down there, personally preferred the second location on this day (but the stuff yet to come in next weeks video even more). We didn’t really let anyone else know about this one as it was only last minute that we knew we could all make it, where we were meeting, etc. Definitely a possibility for a future group ride though, we all loved it 👍

Thanks mate, really enjoyed riding these trails. So much out there (could see trails everywhere); we would have been lost without Twelve though. We rode two separate locations on this day and another on the next. Had to keep the whereabouts quiet though. Funnily enough, we met Steve Jones at the pub for a beer (he’s an old mate; long story) and he did mention a few that we could try; one he described as nasty and disgusting 😂. He also took the mickey out of me for not having an eBike 😂
