Forest Service using loggers to thin, preserve California's forests

The US Forest Service is using loggers to help thin overgrown forests. The loggers get to sell some of the trees as lumber but have to leave the biggest trees standing in the forest and clean out the overgrown vegetation beneath them.

thats bs forest service has been marking the trees to be takin even on private land and the fines for taking anything else is significant so loggers dont take just what they want,,,,poor reporting
