Good job! When you put the paper liner in the bottom of the rice pot and then greased it I was like- noooo don’t do it! 😱 LOL! Sweetie, next time you don’t need to oil the paper liner- just use the paper OR oil the bottom of the pan. If you do both- it will ALWAYS stick like you just saw 😕 I hope this helps! I bet it still tasted great though! 😉😊

The lady should also learn to use the rubber spatula to scrape the egg bowl and cake bowl clean .. Not only cleaner, and also less waste .. Also noted that you took good care of the water tank to clean it, then why would you let the bamboo basket/mat be broken on the rims going on for such a long time in your videos without weaving a new one .. or go out and buy a new one ? Always watching your video here in Norway. So lucky of you having lots of bamboo plants in your property where anytime you need you can just st cut all you need. I really admire you two such a nice couple always helping each other. Such a good teamwork. By the way Tu, I guess you forgot to add baking powder on your cake that's why it did not rise. Great video as always, I really enjoyed watching you build the shelter for the sitting hens😊. Was that a white pigeon tucked in with a hen? It was pretty cute 😁. Tu did a good job with the spong cake. One thing I can suggest is to not beat the two batters together, add the egg yolk batter to the egg whites about a half cup at a time, gently folding them together with an under and over stirring motion. This will keep the egg whites fluffy and give more lift to the cake. I used to be a baker in restaurants and a country club in my younger days😊. It look really yummy though.
