Another nifty build. I like the inclusion of the lumber industry. Moving logs from the upper Ottawa River towards Montreal was a big reason for Ottawa and Hull's existence. The river was unpassible due to the Chaudiere Falls, so logs were portaged and/or processed before moving on down the river. The First Nations traded at that point because they would meet near the falls as well. If it is possible to add falls or rapids, it would add a little realism, at the potential cost of a port or ferry service.

I have a few fun themes with this planed out! The lumber industry’s history here is so fascinating, and so little of it remains! I hope I can build a waterfall! That would be ideal, I’ve been playing around with the water a bit but haven’t tried that out yet! I’d love to get that in the series!!

I love the high school campus, and the change of themes was a good idea. Great build today, Steven. Oh, and I wouldn't worry about that high rail bridge, we see a lot of that around here, where the rails are just at a lot higher elevations than a lot of the roads are. It looks "natural" to me.

When you unlocked the gated communities, which do not tempt me, it occurred to me that I have not seen any videos in which the players implemented a gated community. (Not saying no one has. Just that I've not seen any despite watching a ton of CS2 content since the game released.) Your reading of the description also made me curious whether these could be used to replace the way CS1 players used toll booths as security gates for industrial properties. From the description, it seems as if the functionality is not just for purely residential areas (which is what the phrases "gated community" invokes). So I'd like to request you slap a couple down sometime soon. One that is, indeed, purely residential (or mixed zoning). And one that surrounds an office park. And one that surrounds an industrial complex. The latter two need not be huge...just enough to see whether it works in all kinds of zoning.

That sounds like a really interesting project! I would be curious about how that would affect different zoning… I’d imagine that the stats would be really interesting! Thanks for the idea!!

I have just noticed you have not put the bus line into the bus stops. You need to drag the bus line to the bus stop.
