Did you add the farming resources in that area yourself, because when I start the same map there are no resources in that same area?

Really awesome build, absolutely love it! 💛 Thank you so much for the episode, much much appreciated! 🙌 I don't have that much experience with small French towns myself, but from what i do know about them, i think you did a great job capturing the vibe, i love it ^-^ The mix between the high-density European buildings in the core and the lower density assets around them together with the farm area I think is what really creates that feel. Some very nice infrastructure work at the start of the episode too :) I liked seeing your approach to "moderating"/adjusting the traffic volume you wanted on that main road, I think this can be very helpful in my situations, especially when building a project that has multiple small-ish towns like this ^-^ As I mentioned before, the farms around the town are really nice 💛 And I like the incorporation of the bakery here, fits perfectly into the French theme I'd say 🥖 Really nice layout for the area generally ^-^ And I LOVE the two forts overlooking the ENTIRE map basically 😻 Obviously some really really amazing views from there ^-^ And also really really nice detailing, looking awesome 🌳🌲 The way you created the pathway up the mountainside towards the higher fort is really really nice, really makes it feel like this always has been the historic causeway leading up to the fort/castle itself 💛 Generally super nice detailing all around the build 🎉 For example also like the look of the two cable car stops, the hiking trail connecting your two towns, and the little islands 💛 That stadium there does look really cool, doesn't it? ⚽ Once again thank you so much for the video, much much appreciated 🙌 Really awesome build all around, absolutely love it 👀💛 ALL the best 💛

I loved the idea and execution of the historic city, surrounded by walls and old buildings and I appreciate the long bike path as a way to enjoy the beautiful landscape :)

I know that Quebec City is by no means a European city, but the lansdcape reminds me so much of the old city, especially by the Chateau Frontenac where there is such a clear view of the St.Lawrence. and further inland, you have a good match for the plains of Abraham. It is the year 2024 in the Sixth Age of the World (Or was it The Seventh? I always get those mixed up.). Dark Lord Kevin has finally unveiled his plans to subdue all free peoples of Middle Earth, like the old rulers of yore. His evil machinations to bring doom to all of the continent ..... Ohhh... oh wait, that's the wrong timeline?! I mean ... ALL HAIL LORD KEVIN 🐕👑 Really really LOVE your build, epic job! 😻💛🎉 And it starts with a very and very sensible choice of location, appreciate the thought you've put into that! ^-^ The place is really really great for a town indeed 👀 Also LOVE how you incorporated the historic wall into basically all aspects of your build! Informing the road layout, connecting to the buildings and itself also being an attraction! Especially how you incorporated that market street sub-building directly into the wall is epic 💛 I mean, of course ... LORD KEVIN did a great job with that! 😈🐕👑🎺 Even your interchange to me kinda looks like a dog lying around with all legs stretched out 🤣 The little touches of detailing everywhere, for example the trees inside the roundabout, are very very lovely and add so much in my opinion ^-^ Especially love the touch of color 💜 The layout and building/asset choices for the town really really do a great job making it feel like an actual medieval/historic town in my opinion ^-^ And they, as i mentioned before, work really really well together with the walls and towers as well as things like that market street and even the marina/harbor 💛 Everything really working together to form an epic historic town 🎉🏰 Even the new-ish hotel assets you picked fit in perfectly! Placing all these European block houses by hand is, speaking from personal experience, SO MUCH work, but in my opinion it really really pays off! They really POP when they receive a little attention to detail and all get positioned just right, I think ^-^ As you mentioned during the video, the walking tours can work really well to actually attract people into the park, or as I mentioned in the premiere chat, another option would be to kinda hide small park buildings for example inside to ruined towers, so that you can't see them and instead it looks like people are walking into the towers to check them out ^-^ LOVE the detailing throughout the castle, once again really beautiful colored trees and the little signs and so on are great ❤ I honestly didn't even know there are SO MANY great assets for the port/marina in the game?! 🙀 Really love what you did with them 💛 And the boardwalk on the side is amazing! Would really love to see someone continue that in a future build ^-^ What this port also shows, in my opinion, is that these European buildings work REALLY well on a slope/hill! It looks so cool seeing them on different elevations and getting the "depth" of the build highlighted like this. But then again, that's probably true for most if not all buildings :D Can't point it out enough, FindIt making the sub-buildings available is so awesome 🎉 Being able to make use of them unlocks SO MANY new amazing possibilities in my opinion 🔓 I have to agree, truss bridges are really really nice ^-^ Something about them looks just super cool. Really like that bridge you chose to cross the big river, MASSIVE train line in general 👀🚆 ALSO love the additional bike- & pedestrian infrastructure along the road connecting the two builds ^-^ Always a super nice detail. Once again really really appreciate the attention to detail, upgrading the bridge to fit! The more modern part of the town around the train station creates such a nice contrast to the medieval town, i think they make eachother kinda stand out more, if you know what i mean ^-^ And again very lovely detailing all around 💛 Thank you so much for the episode, as I hopefully made clear, absolutely LOVE the build, turned out super epic! 😻 REALLY REALLY looking forward to Raid's build 🎉 ALL the best 💛
