Hey Foresty, I’m 52 yo now. I am attending The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After watching a few of your videos, I decided I’m going to ride my fat tire mountain bike from Falls City to Joder Ne. after I graduate. Thanks for planting that seed in me. Tony

Awesome new format for these tours! I really like it! Random story: About a year and a half ago, I was riding my MTB down the road near Temple Mountain area down by Goblin Valley in Utah, and a random person with some Fatbikes on his truck stopped me to ask some questions about MTBing in the area (which I knew very little about, just started myself, and had enjoyed some of your tour videos). Well I didn't have much useful information for him, but we started chatting about his fatbikes, as I was expressing an interest in getting my own, and he asked me if I had heard of the Foresty Forest Channel! I told him I had and that I enjoyed it a lot. At that point he proceeded to tell me that he had bought his fatbikes, and started taking all these trips to remote areas to ride because of your inspiration, which I thought was pretty cool! I definitely bought my fatbike because these tours boosted my interest a lot! Keep up the tours! I'm sure they're very satisfying, and they make excellent content!

I like how he says "IdaHO" lol. This is the type of content I didnt even know I needed! Shout out to you for even getting those shots of you riding, because I realize you had to get off your bike, set up the shot, ride back then do it over and over again just to get those shots for us! Know its appreciated sir!

That grave marker was so neat. I always wondered why you don't see graves every where or find bone's from everywhere because they had to bury people alot of the times right then. That's the first one I have seen out in the middle of nowhere. Thanks so much!!!

Just amazing. This is one of the videos where I’m like «yeah, I’d like to do that, too» (much shorter tour, of course), but then come up if 100 stupid reasons not to do it. All you need is a bike, a few days off and determination though. The more often I watch these videos, the closer I get to setting aside more and more of the 100 reasons. Maybe I’ll get to zero next summer and just hit the road :)

I found the people in Wyoming to be very friendly. Back in my teens and twenties I used to roam the west rock climbing. When I was 17 I ran out of gas in Wyoming, the first rancher that came by gave me ten gallons of gas and wished me well. He never told me I was a knucklehead for driving thousands of miles without a working gas meter, I was. I love the west. Have a great time thanks for sharing.

The Goal Zero solar panels are gaining with the number of BAD reviews... I only look at bad reviews, good ones are somebody that just took it out the box or fake, bad ones tell you what's REALLY going on with a product. You're putting some serious mileage on that fatbike...I'm gonna start touring but I'm starting small, only about 150miles...That's a long day for you.
