I'd like to see the LEL brand expand to include low ELO team games. I play 4v4 at low levels pretty often and most of the games are silly and one-sided but sometimes you get some real bangers!

Been watching for a few months now, I am in the same boat as many. Played AoE1 & 2 growing up as a kid. Never dove much into AoE3 and eventually stopped playing the franchise all together. My passion for good games never left though, and after a friend recommending Hidden Cup to me and the hype around AoEIV coming out I found myself on the battle fields of DE. 8 year old me would have said build orders are boring and I just want the shooting cars. 26 year old me is intrigued by every move a player makes, build order or otherwise. Some really cool stats with captureage would be “collection time” and “walking time”, just to showcase the difference between having a mining camp in between two golds vs two camps right on each of them. But even beyond that, it would be cool to see as the game progresses, as vills are building stuff/walking to other locations, etc.

I have been watching T90 KZbin content since around DE's release but only just recently started commenting after switching from HD to DE and trying out multiplayer for the first time this month. Have been playing the series since AOE1 and one of the rare Age of Kings PS2 controller players! Wandering Warriors has been great so far especially seeing the Nomad enthusiasts vs. Arabians so I was curious if I missed any uploads today. I like watching LELs after watching pro games, because even though I know the pros are playing at normal speed, pros make everything look so controlled and deliberate... where playing in normal speed for me feels so uncontrollably fast and chaotic and LELs remind me that I'm not the only person struggling with the pace of it all. Seeing other people actually stop and feel things and watching the wheels turn, when the assumption in ranked is that my opponent must be Terminator II Judgement Day. I mean, red sort of fell asleep after a setback, and it's like red's speed went from >>> to >, like looking in a mirror. Just have an obnoxious party in your garage, maybe two or three loud friends.

In the spirit of sharing stories, you got me through some rough months spent in europe. I was in a tiny town in Germany, barely spoke German, had no friends to hang out with, waiting for auditions. I had a couch to sleep on, a kitchen/bathroom/laundry room the size of a closet, and a tiny budget for food. I find LEL the best content apart from maybe community games with funny rules. I just find it more relatable than watching champs like MBL, Viper or HERA. Because of the skill gap I don't feel I can lear that much from watching the best players, but I can learn on mistakes and good strats of people closer to me. And top tier games are not nearly as funny as watching Wall trapping somebody. Please give us more The Legend of Wall games- that guy is epic! And we need a TheWall vs ISit game! JUST DO IT! I had the original game when it came out, the first Age of Empires. Then I got the second one for a birthday or something and bought the conquerors expansion myself a little later. I became obsessed with making maps but nobody would ever play them with me, and we didn't have internet back then... more than a decade later, a boyfriend tried to get me into AoE3. Turned me off to the whole series. Then I saw these videos and became aware of the Definitive Edition, having all the full online support through steam as AoE3 but actually GOOD. I was sold. I'm still not particularly good, but I have been enjoying online unranked play. :)

some players swing much more than the other players on rating and the matchup confuses obviously like that. blue and red possibly moving up and down on elo for every 2-3 game. 1-2 up or then 1-2 down but constantly on the same elo. (for blue 630s and 570s for red) that match looks like the highest elo match of red (600 but his real place is 570s) and the lowest elo point match of blue (600 but real elo around 630s) which they meet at 600 like a solar eclipse, rare. red is not a bad player though and thats the main aspect for him to swing up to 600 elo and match up with blue. well he also pushed blue really fine and has some lel savage tactics for sure. really entertaining game and i love to watch these players and their unique perspectives.
