People that are asleep should see apparitions of freddy running at them when they flick there camera causing a fake chase briefly starting the chase music. Little jumpscares like that would be awesome and it would play of off the obliviousness making it seem like he snuck up on you.

I think one thing they would do with Freddy is make is where he can teleport to a gen even though its finished. Would help him get around the map a lot since his power has a long recharge.

I've had the same thing happen to me where a player gave up on first hook and then they dm'd me, insulting me, and telling me how bad of a player i am for not helping them, and i'm just there being like..... are they for real??😂 turns out they didn't know that you're not supposed to unhook yourself. told me how they are high rank and that it's called 4% hope and whatever. yeah right.. very high rank of you, sir. and very mature for going out of your way to insult me... some people really need to relax big time!

An alt of this with Tinkerer and Merciless Storm instead of Overcharge and Eruption could be dirty. Time it right to TP over there at the beginning of Merciless Storm and force survivors off of it before they can finish. Keep Surge to bring the gen down afterwards by downing any survivors who stubbornly stayed on the gen and took an initial hit for trying to complete it with you on the way. The add-on for making Freddy appear at all gens during a teleport could make it interesting too.

Dream pallets should be basekit as a switch function similar to clown bottles after his rework. That way they could replace dream pallets add ons with something more interesting. Dream pallets by themselves are terrible to having them as a secondary option alongsides snaree would make sense and help freddy by more fun and viable.

I feel like old Freddy when he was released had a fair bit of potential to be fun and intimidating if say like: For a certain amount of time survivors are a sleep, Freddy tiers up more and more and survivors who are asleep gain more and more debuffs. Making a bit of an end game killer and making “being asleep” an actual more intimidating thing

In terms of flavour freddy not being able to hurt people who weren't asleep was a pretty major disadvantage, but it did *feel* right for the character. It'd be neat to see that make a comeback but he'd need some pretty major balance work for it not to break him entirely.

I'm torn. Should you give hatch to someone who made it easier for you by giving up and/or tried to be your friend or should you give hatch to the one who challenged you the most and tried to promote survivor teamwork? I know when I'm survivor I sigh anytime I see the survivor who either hid the whole game or just crawled everywhere without letting us pick up get hatch, but when I'm Killer I don't really think about it, until the last survivor is on the ground. LOL I just don't know. P.S. that is one slick Freddy gameplay. 💕

I'm still not familiar with the mechanics of Freddy. For survivors what are the pros and cons of being in the "Dream world", what impediments would you suffer? Also, does Freddy get alot buffs for being in the dreamworld? If, so how much and what are they?

Basically when you are in the dream world you get the oblivious status also youre footsteap and grunts are louder. When you are awake you are also immune to his traps. Freddy also needs at least 1 survivor sleeping to use his teleport
